documenting the universe

What goes through our mind when we think of photographing an object that we will probably never be able to reach? And how do you manage to photograph galaxies, star clusters and nebulae, with the small details that allow our imagination to leave the realms of the solar system and the galaxy in which we live?

Collaboration between "Song of the Stars" and the astronomical photographer - Uri Bezalel, provides a close-up view and real experience in photographing distant and spectacular objects using the best photography equipment in the world, combined with telescopes, tracking systems and advanced processing software.

In the main part of the meeting, we will photograph objects of various types with long exposures and allow a glimpse into the complex work processes, in a clear language that is suitable even for those who are not familiar with the world of astronomical photography.

In the workshop, the participants also enjoy fascinating instruction on the stars of the sky, the solar system, the zodiac, mythology, science and astronomy in its many aspects and even viewing through telescopes deep into the sky - galaxies, nebulae, star clusters and planets.

On top of that, the photographers will have fun throughout the eveningBoutique beer Made in the south alongside hot tea and snacks.
