Our activity log

The small and important letters:

- The observation takes place in groups of a minimum of 8 and a maximum of 30 participants per guide.

-It is important! If you intend to come especially for the observation, please contact us before you set off to make sure that the event takes place and is not in doubt due to weather conditions.

- The meeting point will be sent to the guests on the day of the observation (up to two hours before) in a message to the mobile phone (WhatsApp/SMS). If the reservation was made two hours before the start of the observation, it is recommended to make a telephone contact to get the meeting point.

- The activity is suitable and recommended from the age of 7. However, a child from the age of 3 must have a ticket. In our experience, small children are interested in telescopes and want to watch with everyone, so they are taken into accountIn terms of the size of the team and the amount of equipment in the activity. Children's tutorials are held during vacations and holidays. You can contact by phone and confirm in advance: 052-727-6100

- Our guidance is always fascinating and the sky provides interesting sights to watch every night. However, keep in mind that on nights when the moon is full (or close to full), its light affects and makes it difficult to see with the eyes- and wayTelescope, pale stars and dim objects. The observation on these nights is centered on the beautiful moon,Bright stars and bright objects.

- It is recommended to arrive in warm clothes in all seasons. In winter, you must have very warm clothes! (coat, thermal clothing, wool hat, scarf and anything else that will take care of your body heat). We provide hot herbal tea and a pampering carb in the observation deck.

- There are no toilets or food stalls at the activity site - please prepare accordingly.

- In case of cloudiness or any weather orandIf it does not allow observation, or in the case of a minority of participants, the activity will be canceled and your money will be returned (refund in bit/paybox). A notice of this will be sent to the bookers up to two hours before the start of the planned observation. We have no control over the sky, understand that.

-Terms of cancellation:

You can cancel an observation ticket up to a week in advance, minus 5% clearing costs. From one week to the observation, 50% of the ticket price will be charged. Cancellation on the day of the observation will be charged 100% of the price. In case of cancellation due to the weather or a small number of registrants, the full payment will be refunded.

Cancellation will be accepted in writing by email onlyshirathakohavim@gmail.com (not phone, sms, or whatsapp).
