Regulations of the Song of the Stars website - general conditions

1.    Each customer is requested to read these regulations in full and carefully, as a prerequisite for entering into a contract between the parties. 

2.  This website ending in the address shiratkochavim.co.il (hereinafter: "the website") is a website that manages a virtual store for the sale of tickets for workshops, activities and products in the field of astronomy. The "Song of the Stars" website is owned and operated by Moshe Glanz and the "Song of the Stars" observatory.

3.   The terms on the website as well as parts of the content on the website are worded in the masculine, but of course the reference is to both genders, and everything that is said in the plural also refers to the singular and vice versa.

4.   All the operator and/or those interested in performing an operation to purchase tickets or a service provided on the website, confirms that we were aware of the website's regulations and the rules of participation in it and accepts them and that he and/or anyone on his behalf will not have any claim and/or claim, directly and/or indirectly, Against the owners of the website and/or its operators and/or anyone on their behalf, except regarding a possible claim regarding non-fulfillment of the instructions of the website regulations.

5.  The customer declares and confirms that he is over the age of 18. If the customer is under the age of 18, we ask that you refrain from using the website and do not place any orders through it.

 

Terms of Payment

 

1.     Payment for the order will be made using a credit card from one of the following credit companies: Leumi Card, Visa, Isracard, Mastercard, or through an account in the "e-wallet" service (such as Paybox) and as will be available for use on the website.

2.   When purchasing with a credit card, you will be asked to provide the card details, the cardholder's ID card, the type of card and its validity, as well as the mobile phone number of the orderer. The website management can confirm the order only after receiving confirmation of the payment.

3. Approval of the purchase operation is conditional on the presence of the purchased activity or product in stock at the requested delivery date and/or at the time of the order. It will be clarified that there may be situations in which, although the item/workshop/activity is shown on the website as being in stock, it is actually missing and cannot be supplied. In these cases, the transaction will be canceled and the customer will not have any claim in this regard, subject to the return of the amount paid by the customer.

4. If you have been mistakenly charged by the credit company, you must notify the website management in order to make a credit accordingly.

Purchase tickets on the website

 

1.     The prices shown on the website are the final price and include VAT as required by law.

2. A limited amount of activities are offered for sale on the website at a predetermined price. The sale procedure will be carried out under the following conditions:
2.1.   The store will display a list of products including all the details about the product or service offered for sale and the price as determined in advance. The sale is until stocks last.
2.2. After adding the requested products to the "shopping cart" the buyer will continue on the "shopping cart" page to the "purchase confirmation" and there he will fill in his complete details and then the online shopping procedure will end.
2.3. Completion of the sale procedure will be carried out after the transaction has been verified at the end of a full business day.
2.4. It is mandatory for the inviter to enter the mobile phone number in his possession at the time of booking the activity in order to allow "Shirat Ha'Kohavim" to inform the inviter of any change in the meeting point, the meeting time, as well as any changes that the inviter should know about prior to his arrival. The website "Song of the Stars" or anyone on behalf of the website, will not have any responsibility if the customer chooses not to do so or enters an incorrect phone number.

1.     As a general rule, the customer may cancel the transaction subject to and in accordance with the provisions of the Consumer Protection Law 1981 (hereinafter the law:  http://www.consumers.org.il/category/deal-annulment-regulations).

2. You can cancel the purchase of an activity up to 3 business days before the activity takes place (for example, an activity on Tuesday can be canceled until Saturday midnight. An activity on Mochash, until Tuesday morning). "Toshirathakohavim@gmail.com.

2.  In case of cancellation of the transaction, the customer will be charged at a rate of 5% but not more than NIS 100, in accordance with the provisions of the law.

The opening of the activity is conditional on the registration of a minimum of 4 participants. In the event that less than that are registered, the management of the Shirat HaKohavim site undertakes to inform the invitees up to 4 hours before the meeting. In such a case, it will be possible to exchange the card for another date agreed upon by the parties or to qualify for the full amount paid in advance.  

3.   The store will be entitled to cancel a transaction or sale in whole or in part in the following cases:
3.1 A pen error was made, either in the price of the product or in the description of the product.
3.2 In the event of force majeure, war, epidemic, terrorism and/or anything else that will prevent the transaction from continuing properly.

4. Notification of the cancellation of the sale will be delivered to the customer by phone and/or by e-mail to the address written by the customer on the registration page.

4.  In the event that the product runs out of stock after an order has been placed, the business may cancel the sale and/or offer an equivalent replacement product. Notification of said cancellation will be made in writing or by phone.

5.   The store and/or the suppliers will not be responsible for providing the activity in case of force majeure and without prejudice to the generality of the above, war, hostilities, emergencies and natural disasters.

Confidentiality and privacy

1. All your personal details (name, e-mail, etc.) will be stored in the databases of the website management. The website management will not transfer your personal details to any other party except suppliers/couriers, if necessary and this only to complete a transaction.

2. The website management will be entitled to keep your details for the purpose of future order efficiency, as well as to send you updates, by email, text messages (SMS), or in any other way, including updates and information about the services and products, promotions, benefits and advertisements, as defined in section 30a to the Communications (Blitz and Broadcasting) Law, 1982. In any case, the management of the Shirat HaKohavim site has no interest in bothering you, and you can always withdraw your consent and notify the site management of your refusal to receive direct mail from us, in general or in relation to a certain type, by sending a refusal notice . The way to send the refusal notice will be specified in the mailing that will be sent to you.

3. The website management will not make any use of the details of your payment method except to make a payment for a transaction you requested to make, and these details will not be transferred to any other party except for this purpose. For the avoidance of doubt, the details of the payment methods are not saved in the databases of the website management.

4. Despite the above, the site management will be entitled to transfer your personal details in cases where an act or omission has been committed that harms and/or may harm the site management and/or any third parties, the site management services are used to commit an illegal act, if accepted by the site management A judicial order instructing her to hand over the customer's details to a third party as well as in any dispute or legal proceedings.

5.
